More “everyday” people than ever are experiencing mental health crises. It’s hard to be the person struggling or see someone you love suffering.  So, what can you do? Some say, “hope is not a strategy”.  And, we’ll show you that it can be and #changelives.

  • Recognize how society has become desensitized to mental health issues
  • Learn the signs and symptoms of someone in crisis and identify when outside professional help is needed
  • Understand actions you can take to create and communicate healthy boundaries as a form of self-care
  • Learn to re-define hope as an action, not just a feeling
