Number of Individuals Impacted are added to the progress tracker because they participated in a screening, received a referral or were provided access to care or services, showed positive changes or demonstrated improved knowledge related to the referenced indicator. This is a demonstration of the collaboration of multiple organizations sharing a common goal and implementing services, programs and interventions that may ultimately improve health outcomes. Domestic Abuse & Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Warren County (and serving Hunterdon County): 3,425 Individuals served

935 individuals served , with over 4,100 bed nights at DASACC’s emergency shelter, over 290 people receiving legal advocacy services, over 1,500 individual & group counseling sessions (including to over 30 children), over 2,200 crisis calls answered, and over 2,500 people in Warren County received training (outcome) and/or presentations (output).
